The People Bureau Recruitment Consultancy - Clients

The People Bureau regularly place candidates in the following areas: Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Lymington, Downton, Burley, Verwood, Ferndown, Christchurch, New Milton, Wimborne.

All candidates are interviewed in person at our offices by one of our consultants. On registration, as part of our standard procedure, all applicants complete a Medical Questionnaire and Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form.

We also ask everyone who registers with The People Bureau to provide proof of their identify and also to prove that they are eligible to work in the UK.

Candidates applying for temporary and/or permanent work are assessed depending on the nature of their skills.

We take time to discuss and assess our candidates skills and previous experience in depth. We gather as much supporting information as we can to enable you to select the right candidates for your permanent vacancy.

All Candidates seeking temporary work will be referenced either by telephone or in writing using a standard reference request. We comply with the REC code of conduct and, if for some reason we have not referenced a candidate, we will always advise the Client of this fact before the temporary worker commences an assignment.

We work to agreed response times when sourcing suitable candidates for temporary vacancies.

We will also provide a CV or work experience summary upon request of any potential temporary worker.

The People Bureau is a member of The Employment Agents Movement (TEAM). TEAM is a nationwide association of independent agencies. This association allows us to help clients meet their local and national recruitment needs
